Happy New Year 2022: Season’s Greetings to Clients and Partners

2021 ended like 2020 with many uncertainties. My greatest wish for the New Year is that it brings brightness in the world situation.

​Despite the challenging time, 2021 was an important year for Versus Systems and we are taking the moment to reflect and to celebrate our achievements and those of our valued clients and business partners.

First, we embarked on a marketing digital transformation with the objectives of expanding the visibility of the Versus brand and increasing our accessibility to customers. This was made possible thanks to the collaboration of two new Versus business partners, Guylaine Gaudreau and Britton Roberts.

​In October, we announced our Versus rebranding and the launch of our NEW website versusprofile.com in English. In the meantime, we updated the website to also include French and German language options — a real gift for the year-end! ​We also began publishing client success stories to showcase the wonderful work of our clients and how our products help them in the work they do. Following are two client success stories that may be of interest to you:

  • Laure Oriol & HEdS: Learn how coach and HR consultant Laure Oriol uses PersProfile assessment to help students in their third year of the nursing bachelor’s programme at HEdS Geneva — the largest school of higher professional health education in French-speaking Switzerland — find a real-world job they enjoy upon graduation.
  • Isabelle Rouvière, INSIDE-RH: Learn how Isabelle Rouvière, owner of Inside-RH — a company specialising in coaching and recruitment — uses a combination of equicoaching and PersProfile for team building and JobVision to help clients with professional orientation and career reorientation.

​More stories will follow in 2022, including how Groupe Mutuel — a major Swiss insurance company — uses Versus assessment tools in the recruitment and training of their salesforce, and how consulting company M3VA uses Versus psychometric tools to help manufacturing and supply teams collaborate to optimise industrial performance.
