Dear Friend,
You posted the other day – I can imagine your eyes shining, as always:
“I don’t believe in personality tests, they’re too easy. They’re too easy”. Meaning: I prefer human contact. And you’re right.
But you’re forgetting one thing: it’s not the result that counts.
It’s what you do with it. It’s what you interpret.
A psychometric test is a starting point.
But it all depends on how you interpret it.
And good feedback is above all a conversation.
A guided conversation, sometimes revealing.
Fuelled by relevant questions, inspired by the results… and never dictated by them.
So it’s not a judgement, it’s a real DIALOGUE.
It’s a reading. Fine, nuanced, benevolent.
A mirror that doesn’t say ‘this is who you are’,
but rather: ‘this is what you favour, what you avoid, what you do spontaneously… and what costs you’.
That’s where people recognise themselves.
That’s where the magic happens.
Not a label. An awareness.
So no, it’s not the Truth with a capital V.
But it’s often the way to get there.
And you, my dear friend, know what the path means.
You’ve learned it through strategic shifts and change plans.
Instead of a Powerpoint, come back and do your PersProfile https://lnkd.in/e3d4Yn99 .
You’ll see: you’re not as indecipherable as you seem…
I’ll even bet on the colours… The and the
