Our company was first established in Geneva in 1990 as a business consulting firm. In 1997, owner and entrepreneur Felix Comby identified an opportunity to improve our clients’ business performance through more highly focused employee recruitment efforts. It was from this moment of inspiration that Versus became a dedicated provider and developer of science-based talent assessment solutions. From our earliest product development, led thanks to the active participation of social scientist Dr. Loraine Devos-Comby, Versus has maintained a commitment to continued evolution and innovation of our psychometric solutions to integrate new insights from behavioural psychology and to meet the changing needs of our international client base.
Today the Versus Talent Profiling Suite of assessment solutions is used not only in Switzerland, but also in other countries throughout the world by businesses and organisations of all sizes as well as by students, career changers and professionals in business consulting, coaching and human resources.
