It’s fantastic to be celebrating a long-standing collaboration with Helvartis in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the umbrella organisation for Commercial Practice Enterprises, which is part of the worldwide network of REEP EURO ENT’ENT Training or Educational Enterprises.
Since 1998, Versus Talent Profile has had the privilege of working in partnership with Helvartis, and this relationship has strengthened the trust we have in each other.
Helvartis’ main mission is to develop practical training concepts designed to teach commercial professions in real company simulators. It does this both in Switzerland and abroad.
Every year, more than 4,500 people are trained by coaches who accompany and train the trainees.
Over the years, our collaboration has focused on two of our flagship products, PersProfile and JobProfile. PersProfile, with its behavioural assessment and in-depth understanding of soft skills, has helped Helvartis-affiliated companies to better understand the potential of their participants and to guide them in their personal and professional development. PersProfile has been useful in establishing ideal job profiles within commercial practice companies, ensuring a better match between learners’ skills and labour market requirements.
